Bear Library will host a "VOTE411" voting information session by the League of Women Voters of New Castle County on October 15, 2020 at 1 pm.
We'll explain about the three options for voting in Delaware on Nov 3, 2020... absentee, mail-in ballots, or voting in person. And we'll demo useful websites like ivote.de.gov and vote411.org
