Michael Fine, MD, is currently Chief Health Strategist to Mayor James Diossa and the City of Central Falls, Rhode Island, which together with Blackstone Valley Community Health Care, Inc. opened the first Neighborhood Health Station in the US, in February of 2019. He served as Director of the Rhode Island Department of Health (HEALTH) from February of 2011 until March of 2015.

Josh Fenton in 2010 co-founded and launched GoLocalProv, the first digital platform of GoLocal24 – a digital media firm. He has driven GoLocal’s growth from a one city platform that recorded 100,000 pageviews a month to a profitable multi-city media company recording 12 million pageviews per month.
