Monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of the League of Women Voters of New Castle County (LWVNCC), to be held by Zoom web conference. 

The November board meeting has been moved to Tuesday, November 9a Delaware Voting Rights Coalition virtual town education session on the evening of Nov 8 with Rep. Bentz, Sen. Kyle Gay, the election commissioner Anthony Albence, and others.  A formal invitation will be sent out shortly.
