Update August 11, 2025: In response to questions from League members and others, the Concord Town Clerk has posted a clarification about how the pro and con statements in the August 19 Special Town Election voter information mailing were prepared.
Voter Information Mailing Correction from the Town Clerk: The “yes” vote statement under Question 2 (Article 13) incorrectly stated the estimated cost impact per household. The correct estimate is $27.10/year/household or $271 per household over 10 years. Voters who have already voted and wish to change their vote based on the corrected information must request in writing that their ballot be spoiled and a new ballot be mailed. Learn more.
