• Set the Annual Meeting date for May 30 at the Pleasant Hill Senior Center.
• Approved the logo for the LWVDV Youth Council.

• Heard recommendations from the Finance Committee, including developing a policy for the use of Unrestricted Reserves, and a suggestion for a Development Director position.
• Designated delegates for LWVUS Convention in June as Mary Schreiber, Shawn Gilbert, Kathy Gallagher, and Janet Hoy. There is an unfilled delegate slot. Other members plan to attend as non-delegates.
• Received detailed reports on Youth Engagement and the activities of Youth Intern Kamryn Young.
• Appointed five Board members to develop the wording for proposed priorities to be voted on at Annual Meeting.
• Discussed LWVDV-branded items (business cards, buttons and hats) which will be available.
• Reviewed reports from eight LWVDV teams

This is the regular monthly meeting of the LWV Diablo Valley Board. Agenda items may include financial reports, advocacy decisions and updates, voter service activity plans and information, program planning for future studies and meetings, and membership update.

All League meetings are open to the public.
