LWVCC offers a variety of programs to the public. Events are free and open to all.
First Fridays:
The First Friday Series is a monthly informative, interactive forum on topics critical to the Town of Concord. It is co-sponsored by the LWVCC Town Government Committee and the Concord Free Public Library.
Candidate Forums:
LWVCC hosts local candidate forums, for example, for the Town Select Board and School Committee. We also might sponsor candidate forums for races in the 13th Middlesex District.
Speaker Events:
We invite speakers to discuss current political or social issues at our fall, winter, and annual meeting events.
Social Justice Roundtable:
The Concord Social Justice Roundtable is a forum for various groups and individuals who share the common goal of helping Concord become a more welcoming, equitable, and inclusive community.
