Volunteer Hours Report

Volunteer Hours Report

LWVMC relies on volunteer time to make our projects and programs a success! When you report your volunteer hours, you help us gather important information to apply for future grants and report accurately on past events.

What volunteer hours should you report?

  • voter outreach events
  • time spent prepping for committee or board meetings
  • emails, phone calls and administrative duties spent on League activities
You do NOT need to report time spent at League committee and board meetings. We'll be tracking and reporting those activities for you.

We're trying out a new volunteer hour tracker, Track It Forward, to help make the process easier for you to report and access your volunteer hours.

There are two ways to track your hours, either on your computer or on your phone.  Either way, you will have to set up an account with your user name and password (with some combination of capital and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) HERE FIRST .  Then:

1. To use your computer to log hours, you can fill out the form belowand simply enter your hours and volunteer category. You can fill out the other categories if you want to, but it's not required.

2. To use your phone to log hours, download the free Track it Forward App. Put in username and password and then record hours. You will not need to re-enter the username and password after the first time. Then simply enter your hours and volunteer category. You can add notes if you want to, but it's not required.
