WATER: Maintain high quality drinking water supply through conservation and facility maintenance

SOLID WASTE: Promote reducing, reusing and recycling of solid waste, diversion of solid waste from the landfill, and composting of biodegradable materials.

LAND USE: Encourage green space and conservation development. Require an impact study for all annexation requests and land use plan Annex land that the city now provides with city services (2014).
