Oregon League's Recall Study

The Oregon League has been conducting a study of the recall process and state and local laws governing recalls.  A history of the process can be viewed at the above link.  At the consensus meeting we will go over the study text and seek consensus or opposition to its findings.  Each local League throughout the state weighs in on the state study before it is voted on at the state convention next Spring.  You can click on the link here for a copy of the complete study.  Kay Kerriden, LWVCC President, suggests you read the document before attending the meeting.
