The East Bay Members at Large, in partnership with the East Bay Newspapers, have presented candidate forums in towns of East Providence, Barrington, Warren and Bristol since 2012. This year there are two forums before the Primary election, for candidates for Senate District 18, which covers parts of East Providence and Pawtucket, and for Bristol Town Council. Forums for all four jurisdictions will be held as needed in October. All forums will be recorded and posted on this website, until restrictions on crowds are lifted. Then we will return to live forums.

Six Democratic candidates—Nathan Calouro, Joseph DeMelo, Bethany Foster, Aaron Ley, Adam Ramos and Timothy Sweeney—  will participate in the League of Women Voters of RI’s Forum for Bristol Town Council on Sept. 2, 2020. They are competing for five seats.
