Written testimony on any piece of legislation may be submitted via email directly to the Committee Clerk for that committee. Please go to the committee agenda and click on the email link provided for the Committee Clerk. Any testimony submitted via email will be provided to all committee members in the committee where the legislation is being heard and will become part of the public record.
