The LWVSC participated in Voter Registration/Get Out the Vote Day on September 20th. The event was hosted by Professor Emily Lynch.  Keynote speaker was Secretary of State Greg Amore. In addition to Secretary Amore, Director of Elections Kathleen Placenzia and League of Women South County President Chris Martone addressed the students.  The students then dispersed throughout the campus to remind their fellow students of their responsibility to vote.  Students were also encouraged to register to vote if they had not already done so.
