Rosie Jones
Rosie Jones is one of the most accomplished and respected players in women’s professional golf. A 13-time LPGA Tour winner and longtime U.S. Solheim Cup Team member, Jones built a distinguished career defined by consistency, competitiveness, and leadership. She began playing golf at age 11 and went on to become an All-American at The Ohio State University before earning her LPGA Tour card in 1982.
Over more than two decades on the LPGA Tour, Jones recorded 13 career victories, surpassed $8 million in career earnings, and represented the United States in seven Solheim Cup competitions. Her most memorable Solheim Cup moment came in 2002, when she sank the decisive putt that clinched the Cup for the U.S. Team. Known for her steady play and poise under pressure, she also posted numerous runner-up and top-10 finishes in major championships and premier LPGA events.
Jones’s professional success followed an impressive amateur career. At The Ohio State University, she was a 1981 AIAW All-American and was among the top amateurs at the U.S. Women’s Open. She also reached the semifinals of both the U.S. Women’s Amateur and the Trans-National, and earlier won the New Mexico Junior Championship three consecutive years as well as the 1979 New Mexico State Championship.
Beyond competition, Jones has contributed to the game through leadership and mentorship. She served on the LPGA Player Executive Committee from 2000 to 2003, including as co-vice president in 2003, and was honorary chair of the 2004 Executive Women’s Golf Association Member-Get-A-Member campaign. In 2006, she launched Rosie Jones Golf Getaways, combining her love of golf with travel and community.
Off the course, Jones enjoys fishing, dancing, woodworking, gardening, planting flowers, and arts and crafts projects. Her career reflects not only excellence in competition, but also a lasting commitment to growing and celebrating the game of golf.
Katie Ruth
Katie Ruth, originally from Wolverhampton, England, is the Director of Racquet Sports at Moss Creek Owners Association in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
She made her mark in the world of tennis as a standout collegiate player at Clayton State University, reaching the Elite 8 and Final 4 in NCAA Division II and earning numerous accolades, including All-American status for doubles.
With certifications from the ITPA, PTR/PPR, & RSPA, Katie has a strong coaching background. She was honored as the USTA South Carolina Tennis Professional of the Year in 2023 and was a panelist at the PTRW conference, advocating for women in coaching. She was also named the PTR USA State Pro of the Year for South Carolina in 2025. Recently in 2026, she was recognized by Influential Women as a leader in her profession as a Director of Racquet Sports.
In 2024, Katie presented alongside her husband Tom at the 2024 PTR International Racquets Conference on Leadership: Directing Racquets Programs from the Male & Female Perspective. In 2025 she presented on-court highlighting efficient doubles strategies for club level players. In 2026 she was asked to present at the RSPA Southern Conference on The Art of Coaching the Female League Tennis Player; highlighting the importance of specific coaching techniques when working with female players.
Katie resides in Bluffton, SC, with her husband Tom, two children (Charlotte 7 & Jaxon 3), and their dog Winston.
