Beaufort County School Board of Education
There are 4 BCSD Board of Education seats up for election this year – Districts 6 & 7 (Bluffton) and Districts 9 & 11 (Hilton Head).
We need candidates who will put the needs of the students, teachers and school administration first. Currently the Board has that philosophy. This is a non partisan position.
The filing deadlines are:

District 7 special election September 17 to replace the board member who moved to another state, with a filing deadline of July 30.

School Board candidates may file now for election at the Beaufort County Election Commission in Beaufort and there is no filing fee.

Districts 6, 9, 11 election on November 5 has a filing deadline of August 15.

Hilton Head Town Council
There are 3 seats up for election on November 5. Wards 1, 3 and 6.
This is a non partisan position. We need Town Council Members who will put all the citizens first in their decisions.
- Candidates need to file at the HHI Town Hall, beginning on July 16 until August 15 at noon. There is a $35 filing fee.

- Candidates must reside in the District or Ward for which they are running and their resident address and voter registration must match that address.
