LWV Diablo Valley Voter Services Committee

LWV Diablo Valley Voter Services Committee

The Voter Services team works to strengthen democracy and empower citizens through voter education, voter registration, and voter mobilization. Our goal is to provide fair, nonpartisan, factual information about elections, ballot issues, candidate opinions, the voting process, and public policy issues.

Examples of Voter Services team activities include:
  • Educating the public about voting and elections.
  • Promoting voter registration with a focus on underrepresented groups.
  • Encouraging participation in and the use of VOTE411.
  • Engaging in activities to get out the vote (GOTV).
  • Providing speakers and staff for candidate forums and Pro/Con presentations.
