What is the future of our Republic? Are there guardrails and constraints that can be employed when powerful special interests challenge the current democratic institutions? Join this webinar to hear Dr. Akhil Reed Amar (Sterling Professor of Law and Political Science, Yale) discuss post-election challenges to the Constitution.

Topics will incude: 
  • What are the Constitutional parameters that need to be observed and complied with if changes are proposed?
  • How can the courts protect the integrity of the Constitution and ensure that the balance of power among the three branches is secure? 

Professor Corey Cook, Politics Department St Mary's College, will moderate this discussion.
