Solano County

Welcome! Founded in Benicia, our Solano County League (LWVSC) is strong and growing -- from Benicia, Cordelia, Dixon, Fairfield, Vallejo, Vacaville, Suisun City, Rio Vista, and more, reflecting the diversity of Solano County.

The League of Women Voters is an organization of women and men that is non-partisan, community-based, and is organized at the local, state, and national levels. Our mission is to promote political responsibility through the informed and active participation of citizens in governance and to act on selected and studied common-good governmental issues and policies.

Your Volunteer and Financial support directly impacts the League's work to empower and educate citizens and to protect and defend our democracy. Working together we help ensure our elections are free, fair and accessible; protect our environment, and reduce the influence of money in our elections.

The participation of Volunteers and Donors like you have made us the most trusted voice in positive solutions to public policy issues. Please note that your financial donations to the League of Women Voters, a 501(c)4 organization, is NOT tax-deductible.
