SB 5: An Act Concerning Increased Opportunities for Absentee Voting, Safe and Secure In-Person Voting, Voter Registration and Certain Other Changes Regarding Election Administration
Substitute for S.B. No. 5 will make our elections more accessible, safe, and secure and build confidence in elections and government by
- Providing Permanent Absentee Ballot lock boxes
- Restoring voting rights of community members on parole
- Expanding Automatic Voter Registration to improve access to voting and maintenance of voting rolls, and more.
