Voting Rights and Fair Elections

  • Enact No-Excuse Absentee Voting.
  • Fund the 2023 Connecticut Voting Rights Act.
  • Fund Connecticut’s voter education and early voting at every level.
  • Combat AI-generated election misinformation and disinformation online.
  • Protect Connecticut’s polling places, election infrastructure, and voter data from federal overreach.

Civil Rights Protections

  • Protect data privacy for all Connecticut residents, regardless of immigration status.
  • Support restrictions and transparency on the use of surveillance technologies.
  • Support state-level legal remedies for constitutional rights violations by federal agents.

Environmental Protection & Climate Change

  • Pass the CT Environmental Rights Amendment with clear language to protect clean air, water, soil, and a stable climate.
  • Regulate pesticides & protect our riparian zones.
  • Establish a climate superfund to adapt infrastructure.

Open Government and Campaign Finance

  • Protect Connecticut’s State Elections Enforcement Commission (SEEC) and the Citizens’ Election Program (CEP), which is Connecticut’s nationally recognized clean elections program.

Equitable Access to Information

  • Protect Public Access TV.
  • Expand broadband access.
  • Rebuild local news.

Reproductive Freedom and Healthcare for All

  • Expand the Shield Law to protect CT women from actions by other states.
