Join the League of Women Voters of Ridgefield as they kick off the New Year,
celebrating "Ridgefield's Radical" suffragist Alice Paul’s 141st birthday.

Our CT State legislators, CT State Senators Julie Kushner from Senate District 24 and
Ceci Maher from Senate District 26 and CT State Representatives Aimee
Berger-Girvalo from District 111 and Savet Constantine from District 42 have been invited.

Suffragist Alice Paul was one of the most influential women in America, leading the successful fight for
women's right to vote and championing equal rights for women. Learn more about her, and some of the
suffragists who came before her.
