From 10:15 - 10:30 there will be a News Conference with Governor-Elect Cristiano Almeida and his cabinet. Kala Farnham, State Troubadour, will perform live music from 10:30 - 10:45. The Inauguration Ceremony will take place from 10:45 - 11:45 a.m.
