A JOURNEY: Telling the stories of Black Womanhood as an integral part of American History

In her award-winning theater piece, Kimberly Wilson captures the spirits of Harriet Tubman, Sojourner Truth, Rosa Parks, Maya Angelou and other courageous Black women through the power of their words and song. She relates their struggles, courage and influence as an integral part of the history of the United States.The performance will be followed by a talk-back with the playwright.
