Get Out There on March 4

to Defend Democracy and Ensure It Endures

Where: 231 Capitol Ave. Hartford (across the street from the Capitol)

The Light for Our Democracy event is ideally held during the evening, but State Leadership, in conjunction with Common Cause and Connecticut Citizen Action has decided to join with 50501: 50 protests, 50 states, 1 movement, on Capitol Avenue Tuesday at 12:00 with signs identifying us as the League of Women Voters and carrying the messages:

Defend Democracy
We the People Push Back Against Authoritarianism
Checks and Balances

Please join us--we meet in front of the State Library at 231 Capitol Avenue at noon.
