Join the League of Women Voters of Hamden/North Haven for this Legislator Forum. All Hamden and North Haven legislators from both the Senate and House have been invited to participate.  The legislators are: Representatives Michael D’Agostino, Josh Elliott, Robyn Porter and David Yaccarino and Senators Jorge Cabrera, Paul Cicarella and Martin Looney.

The legislators will answer questions submitted in advance by the public and discuss their priorities and views on the issues and bills expected to come before the Connecticut General Assembly during its 2022 session, which begins on Feb. 9th 2022.  

The event will be moderated by a representative of the League of Women Voters. Hamden and North Haven residents are invited and encouraged to submit their questions concerning state issues for the legislators to LWVHNHtreasurer [at] gmail.com Questions must be submitted no later than Jan.18th.  All questions will be reviewed for clarity and submitted to the moderator.

The League of Women Voters was founded in 1920, six months before the ratification of the 19th amendment that gave women the right to vote.
