State Representative Candidates Ed Edelson (D) and Jason Buchsbaum (R) have agreed to participate in a debate hosted and moderated by the League of Women Voters for Northern Fairfield County. The debate will take place on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Pomperaug High School auditorium in Southbury, Connecticut. The event will begin at 7:00 pm and is planned to last one hour.

The League of Women Voters, a nonpartisan organization which encourages informed and active participation in government, will prepare questions on local and statewide issues.

Residents from across Bridgewater, New Milford, Roxbury and Southbury are encouraged to attend the debate in-person on October 16th. For those who cannot attend, the debate will be recorded and shared online.
