• A non-political workforce in Washington, D.C.
• Expertise over loyalties
• Three branches of government, working together
• Congress controls the purse and has authority over Tariffs

We encourage demonstrators to bring signs that are policy-based to heighten awareness about specific attacks on our democracy.

Please note that a core principle behind our May Day actions is a commitment to nonviolence in all we do. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
