Ridgefield: On Tuesday, September 22nd, the League of Women Voters of Ridgefield will be at the Ridgefield Library to register citizens who will be at least 18 years old (or older) by Election Day, November 3, 2020. - West Haven: Visit the West Haven Library, 300 Elm St, West Haven, CT 06516 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m on Tuesday, Sept. 22. The library will have space dedicated to assist people registering to vote.
