The League of Women Voters of Litchfield County will sponsor a candidates debate for the Mayor of Torrington on Monday, October 25, 2021, at The Five Points Art Center for the Visual Arts, 855 University Drive, Torrington, CT.

The candidates are Republican, Elinor Carbone, and Democrat, Stephen Ivain.

The debate will start at 7:00 PM with doors opening at 6:40 PM. Masks are required and there will be no pro-candidate brochures, clothing, or buttons allowed in the debate area.

You may submit questions to the candidates via lwvoflc.events [at] gmail.com. Questions to focus on what is important for the City of Torrington.  Submission deadline is Wednesday, October 20th.

The public is invited to attend. The League is nonpartisan and does not support or oppose any candidate.
