We believe Governor Lamont has a responsibility to ensure that we can vote safely without risking our lives or the lives of others in the process of casting our votes.
Governor Lamont has limited time to allow and implement vote-by-mail in time for the August primaries--and the November general election could well be happening amidst a devastating autumn coronavirus resurgence.
Join forces with activists statewide as well as Secretary of the State Denise Merrill, Tom Swan from Connecticut Citizen Action Group, Judy Lhamon from the League of Women Voters and Cheri Quickmire from Common Cause in Connecticut on the zoom action summit this Thursday, April 30th at 3:30pm!
We must make sure Connecticut does not repeat Wisconsin’s April 7th primary election voter rights catastrophe. We must not be forced to choose between risking our lives and not casting our votes.
