Candidates for Mayor and Newark City Council Districts 1 & 2 will be invited to participate in the Q & A event open to the public, on the evening of Tuesday March 19. Newark City Council District 4 is uncontested. The Newark election is Tuesday April 9, 2019. 

Doors open at 6 pm. The forum will begin promptly at 6:15.
