Candidates running in contested races on the November ballot will be invited to participate in an in-person General Election Candidate Forum in the Lyceum Concert Hall on the Santa Fe College campus. The event will also be streamed via YouTube.
Together with the University of Florida Bob Graham Center for Public Service and the Santa Fe College campus chapter of the LWV, we are pleased to present an in-person general election candidate forum on Sunday, September 22, 2024, in the Lyceum Concert Hall at Santa Fe College. Candidates for the following positions have been invited to present their platform and answer questions about relevant local issues:
- Alachua Co Sheriff;
- State Attorney;
- Supervisor of Elections;
- State Rep Districts 10 & 22; and
- County Commission District 1 and 3
The forum will also be streamed live via the YouTube pages of the League of Women Voters of Alachua County and the University of Florida Bob Graham Center for Public Service.
