TOPIC:   Kansas Weather Trends and Future Predictions:  Matt will share details of his office’s activities and take a look at past, present and future weather in our local area.

Matt came to K-State in May, 2022 after 22 years supporting the US Air Force's mission at the 557th Weather Wing, Offutt AFB, NE. He spent three years working for the National Climatic Data Center. Matt earned his Master's in meteorology at Florida State University and Bachelor's in Meteorology (Statistics minor) at North Carolina State University.

Though the Registration has closed for our 2024 LWV of Kansas Council on April 27th, Sara Fisher, Tim May and Linda Uthoff will be representing our Manhattan-Riley County League in Lawrence.   Here is the Agenda for the day and let us know if you have thoughts about the items we will vote on.
