WAIVER AND CONSENT TO USE IMAGES

By signing below, I grant permission to the League of Women Voters of Metro St. Louis and to any individual or entity acting for or under license from them, (collectively “the League”), to photograph or video tape me and to use the images, words, and/or audio.

The League may use the images for any purpose, which may include education, advocacy, fundraising, and advertising but this permission is not limited to these purposes. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to use of the image(s). I acknowledge that I will not receive any further notice of any use of the image(s) or the opportunity to inspect or approve any use.

I agree to release the League and any of its agents, employees, or licensees, from any and all claims or liabilities (including but not limited to invasion of privacy, right of publicity, misappropriation, or defamation) based on any use, distribution, or publication of the image(s) of me.

I have read this release before signing below, and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release. I am at least 18 years of age.
