Two important bills will be heard in the RI legislature tomorrow (Thursday 3/18).
S 516 This act would make very comprehensive changes to the election laws concerning voter registration, voter rights, mail ballots, early day voting, and improvements of the voting process.
S 569 This act would amend the state constitution to remove the requirement that you must reside in the state for thirty days prior to registering to vote in the state.
