LWVVC Candidate Forums - 2024 Primary Election

Voting for the 2024 Primary Election ended on March 5, 2024

All votes have been counted.  Final certification for Ventura County was by March 29.  Final certification for the State of California was by April 12.

For state-level offices, and offices that include voters in other counties, such as Congressional Districts 24, 26, and 32, and Assembly Districts 42 and 46, see state-level election results HERE.

For the 2024 primary, the League hosted:

Two forums for Ventura County Supervisor District 3, which includes the Central and Southern portions of the City of Camarillo, Northeast Oxnard, El Rio, Nyeland Acres, City of Santa Paula, City of Fillmore, Piru, and East Lockwood Valley.  The candidates are Kelly Long, Kim Marra Stephenson, and Heather Schmidt.

One forum for the Judge of the Superior Court, Office #4.  The candidates are: Edward Andrews, Mike Malak, John McBride, Julia Snyder.

All forums are free and open to the public. 

VIDEO  The Santa Paula Chamber co-hosted this forum.  We were unable to find a venue that was available on dates that matched the candidate schedules, so this forum was on Zoom.
