New York Times best-selling author Colin Woodard, a visiting senior fellow at Salve Regina University's Pell Center for International Relations and Public Policy, will discuss his book, "Union: The Struggle to Forge the Story of United States Nationhood," at 7 pm, Thursday, April 21.
