A special election is scheduled for December 31, 2019, for one at-large seat on the Richland School District One Board of School Commissioners. The Richland School District One Board of School Commissioners is comprised of three at-large members and four members who represent geographic election districts. Board members are elected to serve staggered four-year terms. Nonpartisan elections are held in November of even-numbered years on a staggered basis. Wilkerson.
