To pay your dues by check:

  • Please make your dues check payable to: LWVUS. 
  • Print and complete this membership form. (Please include the name and email address of any additional household member included in the dues amount.)
  • Mail your check and membership form to:

To make a donation to the League of Women Voters of South Carolina (LWVCA) in addition to paying your dues, please write a separate check for your donation— payable to LWVCA.
