Communications Committee  

Mission:  

Enhance Coast League communications via selection, design, implementation and training on a variety of technology tools.

How We Accomplish Our Mission:

• Enhance and maintain our Coast League website;
• Store and secure our Coast League internal and external documentation;
• Produce the Coast League "The Voter" Newsletter on a bi-monthly basis;
• Maintain a central database for the purpose of communicating with our several audiences (our committees, our members, public officials in our area, our extended public audience)
• We hope to extend our communications via proactive use of our Twitter account; securing and optimizing our Facebook account; and configuring and training on the "Slack" collaboration tool.

How You Can Get Involved:

1. Volunteer to take photos at a LWVOC event that you plan to attend.
2. Support production of the Coast League newsletter "The Voter",
3. Join our team; especially if you have technical skills. We could use your help.
4. Add your address to our email mailing list to receive the newletter and reminders of upcoming events.
5. Follow us on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
