WESTON LEAGUE TO HOLD VIRTUAL DEBATE OCTOBER 17

FOR THE 135TH DISTRICT

The Weston League of Women Voters will hold a virtual debate between incumbent Anne Hughes (D) and challenger John Shaban (R), candidates for Connecticut Assembly District 135, via a Zoom webinar on Saturday, October 17 from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. 

The moderator will be Laura Smits, who is Vice President of Voter Services of the League of Women Voters of Connecticut, and long-time member of the Weston League. The debate will be in the format of a question-and-answers timed response.
