The League of Women Voters of Sussex County, Delaware will present a program on “Homelessness- the Heart of the Matter” on Thursday, March 10 at 4:30pm via Zoom.

Jack Young, LWVSC member and Fair Maps Coalition Co-chair for the LWVDE, addressed the Sussex County Council on 3/1/22 regarding the League's support for the proposed redistricting ordinance. The County Council's map was similar to the one proposed by the League. The County Council voted unanimously to pass the ordinance.

The League of Women Voters of Delaware strongly supports this bill. LWVSCDE is offering a presentation to learn more about it, and the LWVDE Advocacy Corps has issued an "Action Alert" to contact your Representative in support prior to the floor vote in early March.
