The two new departments were added in response to growing case filings in the 13th Judicial District of Yellowstone County.  The League of Women Voters of Billings is conducting a public forum to give voters information to make an informed choice in the November election.  Candidates for the new Department 7 are Colette Davies and Thomas Pardy.  Candidates for the new Department 8 are Ashly Harada and Juli Pierce.
