Since 1970, the League of Women Voters has believed that the Electoral College should be abolished in favor of a direct popular vote.  This presentation will explain what the Electoral College is, describe the problems with the Electoral College, challenge the arguments in favor of the Electoral College, and explain what needs to be done to abolish the Electoral College.
