GET READY TO VOTE IN THE NOVEMBER 4TH HELENA & EAST HELENA CITY ELECTIONS
The November 4th Helena& East Helena City General Election is an all-mail ballot election, there are no polling locations on Election Day. Ballots will be mailed to all active voters on October 17, 2025.
On the ballot this November 4, 2025 - Municipal Elections in the Helena Area
- Mayor - City of Helena
- Mayor - City of East Helena
- Helena City Commission - two seats
- East Helena City Council - two seats
Voters can go to the Lewis and Clark County Elections Office (316 N Park Avenue, Room 168) to register to vote or update their voter registration now through Election Day (November 4th). The Elections Office hours are:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Monday, November 3: 8:00am to Noon (Register to Vote) and 8:00am to 5:00pm (Drop Off Ballots)
- Tuesday, November 4: 7:00am to 8:00pm
Ballots must be in the Elections Office by 8:00pm on Election Day. Voters can drop off their ballots to the Elections Office during the hours mentioned above. If voters mail their ballot, they should be mailed at least 10 days before Election Day.
NEW and REQUIRED for the November 4th election: Voters must include their BIRTH YEAR (see image above) on the ballot return envelope along with their signature and the date the ballot is signed.
