The Helena League of Women Voters will be involved by manning a voter registration table at this event.   The YWCA Helena will be hosting this legislative candidate forum at Carroll College.  Tim McGonigal has gladly agreed to moderate, and all legislative candidates in contested races in Jefferson, Broadwater, and Lewis and Clark County have been invited to attend.  The questions will focus on issues associated with the work YWCA Helena does and may include such topics as homelessness, domestic violence, gun violence, freedom of the press/role of the press, equal pay, reproductive rights, health care access and affordability, re-entry services, bail, addition, voter access, and immigration.
