Suffs is coming to the Cleveland Playhouse!

This February, we have the chance to see the Tony Award®-winning musical Suffs and give back to the LWVO’s local Leagues! 

Suffs tells the story of the fearless women who led the American suffrage movement. It brings to life the passion, power, and perseverance of those who fought for the right to vote and paved the way for future generations. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry—truly, and you will walk out of that theater ready to slay giants.

Mindful Matters Series:  The public is invited to hear Jon Eckel, Perrysburg Township Administrator City Administrator, give an update on "What's Happening in the Township.  There is so much activity in the Township that it can be hard to keep up with all of it!  Here's your chance to get the Township scoop and to ask questions of Mr. Eckel.  Please note the program is held at the Perrysburg Township Fire Department. (Presented in partnership with Way Public Library.)

Grounds for Thought (Coffee Shop)

LWV Bowling Green invites the community to take part in a simple, meaningful act of service in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr.

On Monday, 01/19/26, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, please stop by Grounds for Thought (a coffee shop in BG) to donate toiletries, women's hygiene products, and baby items to support the Brown Bag Food Project, a local organization in Bowling Green who addresses food insecurity and basic needs in the BG area.  Donations may be dropped off at the large meeting table inside the cafe and will be delivered to the Brown Bag Food Project later that afternoon.

In addition to the donation drive, League volunteers wil be available throughout the day to share voter registration information and civic engagement resources.
