Videos, FAQ sheets, a virtual youth voter registration PowerPoint, and the general election voters’ guide have been released by the League of Women Voters of Bucks County to aid county residents in registering to vote, becoming informed, and participating in this November 3rd election.

Voters can access the videos and FAQ sheets from the LWVBC website www.lwvbucks.org. The videos are 11- to 16-minutes long and were produced in collaboration with the Bucks County Board of Elections.  They are also uploaded to the League of Women Voters of Bucks County's YouTube channel. The videos are "Vote Securely by Mail in 2020", "Vote Safely at the Polls in 2020," and “Register to Vote in 2020”. Fact sheets on the same topics can be downloaded for reference and sharing from www.lwvbucks.org.

Vote411.org, the one-stop-shop of voting information managed by the League of Women Voters Education Fund, has the LWVBC voter’s guide, with unedited candidates' responses to issue-related questions. By entering one's address, voters can see a personalized ballot showing all the offices and candidates running for those seats. You can easily find the information that candidates provided. The website has much more, from first-time voting help and poll locator tools to information about candidate forums.

In place of the traditional youth voter registration events in high schools and colleges, LWVBC prepared the "Virtual Youth Voter Registration Presentation" using PowerPoint. LWVBC has begun distributing this to educators. Virtual presentations by League volunteers on voter registration are available for schools and community organizations as well. For information on these resources, contact the League at LWVBucksPA [at] gmail.com or by calling (215) 230-9986.
