Directions to Clemson Downs from US123: 

From US 123 Exit at Issaqueena Trail and turn south (past OLLI). Turn right on Berkeley Drive. Right on Downs Blvd. Right on Downs Loop. Corley Center is on the left about halfway before the end of the parking area and the entrance to the main office.
