You will not want to miss this event featuring our speaker, Rebecca Fanning, who works at the SC Department of Natural Resources and is launching a non-profit called Community Hydrology.

One of the objectives of Community Hydrology is to promote small acts that anyone can implement in their own backyard that together will have a lasting impact on the state of our waterbodies for generations to come. Rebecca will introduce us to some consequences of environmental degradation, contaminants of emerging concern, and the dominant paradox that drives water management across the state. She will also highlight some very simple initiatives that would cost little to nothing and do a great deal of good to address South Carolina's environmental concerns.
