LWV Wheaton was honored and happy to be at a naturalization ceremony at Cantigny Park. The League helped welcome a new group of citizens and was on hand to register new voters!

The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization that encourages the informed and active participation of citizens in government, works to increase understanding of major political policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy. League members, guests, and local residents are invited to attend the “State of the Milton Township” community presentation, featuring Township Supervisor Elizabeth "Buffy" Higgins-Beard who will update attendees on Township priorities and programs. The presentation, hosted by the League of Women Voters of Glen Ellyn and the League of Women Voters of Wheaton, is free and open to the public and will include time for Q&A.
